The Archaio sales team will work with you to develop a custom pricing proposal for your facility or structure.
Our pricing is based on the total square footage being inspected, the total number of assets to be inspected and the total number of users you request. Archaio charges a one time set up and implementation fee to ensure that you are up and running smoothly in a minimal amount of time. The standard contract lengths are 3-5 years.
Implementation of the Archaio Solution
Provide Archaio with the floorplans for your facility, and Archaio’s implementation team will work with you to identify what assets and areas will be enabled for inspection. After 1-2 weeks of processing time, Archaio will deliver to you a fully customized, turn-key inspection solution. Our customer service does not end with the delivery of our solution. Archaio’s technical staff will offer comprehensive support for the duration of our contract with you to ensure that you are getting the full use of our solution.
Training Your Team to Use Archaio
Archaio will ensure that every member of your team is well trained and comfortable with the tools we offer. Our solution is intuitive and easy to master. We will conduct as many on-site or web-conference training session as necessary. Training sessions typically last thirty minutes and cover everything the user will need to know to perform inspections, create reports, and make any necessary configuration changes.
Integration with Your Other Systems
Archaio can integrate seamlessly with many industry leading CMMS and PM systems. Archaio partners with global systems integrators to give you the flexibility to manage preventative maintenance, create work orders, and track asset history in your existing systems using Archaio as the hub for all of your inspection needs. While some integrations require custom tools to be created, and, therefore, require additional costs, integrating with your existing CMMS or PM system is an excellent way to improve your efficiency while maintaining your existing practices and historical information.
Terms and Conditions
Archaio License and Service agreements typically range from 3-5 year terms with a recurring annual cost and a one-time set up and implementation fee. Optional integration services are available as needed for an additional charge. If applicable, payments will include additional local, state, national, or federal sales or value added tax. Software maintenance begins on the anniversary date of the commencement of services and includes end-user support, software releases and system maintenance.
